Your First Dental Visit
If you’re coming to Solomon Dental Group for the first time, we’re excited to work with you! When you first enter our dental office, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our front desk staff. If you haven’t done so already, you’ll be asked to complete our new patient forms. Then our hygienist or assistant will greet you and bring you back to your treatment room. Both our hygienists/ assistants and the dentist will spend time getting to know you personally and will give you a welcome letter and a gift to welcome you into our dental family. Then, we’ll get to the reason why you’ve come.
New Patient Forms
If you are a new patient, please click the link below and complete the New Patient Forms before any consultation or treatment at our dental office. The new patient questionnaires will be automatically uploaded to our software so we can attend to your dental needs as soon as you arrive.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Dental insurance is a great way to save money on your dental care and make sure that you keep your smile healthy. Our experienced team is happy to work with your dental insurance and file claims for you. You don’t have to worry about the paperwork; we’ll handle it! We are not in network with any insurance companies, but we accept all PPO plans. If you have questions about your insurance, you can contact our team or your insurance provider.
CareCredit Financing Available
When it comes to paying for dental treatment in one lump sum, any budget can feel the pinch. Because we don’t want you to feel stressed, even during this stage of your visit, we can help you apply for financing through CareCredit. This trusted company can break the cost for your treatment into more manageable monthly payments—all at little interest for those who qualify. That way, any procedure can fit within your budget.
